Exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail orientated logistics technician to join our team at Astrea Bioseparations. In this role you will be responsible for efficient handling of materials from goods inward to the shipping of finished products.

Key responsibilities:

• Receive and check deliveries, ensuring accuracy and quality (Including forklift use where required)
• Staging of raw materials for production
• Monitor and perform daily replenishment of consumables
• Handle individual stock requests quickly and efficiently
• Preparations and dispatch of site waste
• Assist with stock checks when required
• Maintain a clean and organised stores area
• Perform other duties as required

Key skills and requirements:

• Experienced within a similar logistics/supply chain role
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment
• Strong attention to detail, proactive approach along with excellent communication skills
• Forklift licence highly desirable (Training can be given)
• Comfortable with manual handling and operating heavy machinery

Working conditions:

• Outdoor work in varying weather conditions

• use of forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet trucks
